Welcome to our Six Week Spring Challenge! It’s time to kick it up a notch with another one of our MF challenges! This program is designed to maximize consistency and result for both in-studio and online clients. This interactive online program will give you the tools to set healthy habits surrounding fitness & nutrition, as well as education and motivation along the way. You will see posts pop-up within "content" directly written from your coaches, providing education and guidance for your success. You have access within your settings to decide what you do and don't get notifications for within this app. Note, this online portion is made to help motivate your consistency, but excludes the individualized coaching portion. We do offer personalized coaching, designing your next 6 weeks for you, from your exact classes or training sessions, what workout choices and weights you personally should be doing for your specific goals, home workouts, your daily and weekly plan, personal nutrition coaching access throughout, and direct access to a program and trainer throughout this entire experience.
