Welcome to our Spring into Fitness, 90 Day Consistency Challenge! Challenge starts on April 8th, 2024 It’s time to kick it up a notch with another one of our MF challenges! This is a 3 phase strength training program designed to maximize consistency and result for both in-studio and online clients. This program will give you the tools to set healthy habits surrounding fitness & nutrition. This is 3 months of fitness, nutrition, motivation & accountability with your personal trainer from now until the end of June! This is a guided challenge where you will be provided with an assessment, fitness plan, personal sessions each month, weekly check-ins, daily motivation, tips for success, setting up healthy habits and nutrition, mini-challenges, and a great community group for accountability and fun.
