Participants have fun through fitness with our trainer-led dynamic warm-ups, foundations and form, functional strength training, learning controlled movement, fun fitness challenges, and the importance of stretching and body awareness. Your child will practice the fundamentals and functional movements of fitness through the pushing, pulling, climbing, dragging, jumping, running, etcetera. KIDS - ages 8 - 12 TEENS - ages 13 - 17
