In our Functional Fit training class, the workout is a list of exercises that you can do in your own pace for YOU -vs- YOU. The timer design may vary with rounds for time (RFT), as many reps as possible (AMRAP), every minute on the minute (EMOM), with the opportunity for all fitness level to participate because you choose your fitness level. Our coaches will focus on functional movements, such as hinge, lunge, push, pull, carry and rotate, with the use of cardio machines, weights, body weights, running, and other gym equipment, to incorporate variety in your workout.
