Service Description
Challenge yourself in one of our FULL BODY HIIT group training classes! These are the classes that put the FIT in FITNESS! In these group sessions, our trainers design HIIT classes to challenge our members' performance and cardiovascular endurance. The timer design may vary with rounds for time (RFT), as many reps as possible (AMRAP), every minute on the minute (EMOM), Tabata, HIIT and more. Our coaches will focus on functional movements, such as hinge, lunge, push, pull, carry and rotate. These are the classes we pull out all the equipment to have some fun, such as our skierg, assault bike, rower, sled, wall balls, dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells & more! Yes, these classes are designed & meant for all fitness levels, and just like all of our group training classes, they give you the opportunity to challenge yourself.
