Service Description

Motivationz Fitness has created a safe space for girls to learn strength training, have fun with fitness and feel supported and surrounded with other girls in our GIRLZ TEEN TRAINING PROGRAM. Our Girlz Teen Training program allows participants to have fun through fitness with our trainer-led dynamic warm-ups, foundations of form, functional strength training, learning controlled movement, fun fitness challenges, and the importance of stretching and body awareness. Participants will practice the fundamentals and functional movements of fitness through the pushing, pulling, climbing, dragging, jumping, running, etc.. The girls gain a sense of self, movement awareness, confidence, and social connection with other like-minded female teens in the community. Your child will gain the confidence to continue to practice healthy movement going into their future. - Each session has a social and interactive warm-up - There is an introductory phase to learn and build the foundations of strength training, and learn correct technique to prevent injuries within the gym setting - Mobility movement is included to learn - Challenges are integrated to enjoy the fun of fitness -Give your teen the opportunity for movement with our amazing trainers!
