This whole body workout provides elements of boxing and aerobics to provide overall physical conditioning and toning. Our instructors use professional focus pads, gloves, skip ropes, and instruction to achieve a rewarding workout that burns serious calories. This class is open for all levels of fitness, and will challenge your anaerobic cardio, power, agility, and hand eye coordination.
