Members need to make sure their hips are happy and shoulders have mobility! We take the time to do the mobility exercises, with both dynamic and static stretches in this class, for you to continue your functional movements both in and out of the gym. This option, or one of our yoga classes, is highly recommended for our members to pair with their strength training in order to check in with their posture, mobility movement, and peak their performance no matter their goals or level of fitness.
