MOTIVATIONZ FITNESS is hosting a MOVEMBER MEN'S NIGHT AND YOU'RE INVITED!! Come for an evening of movement and social fun! BALLS: Do you have the balls to take on our firefighter WOD and challenges? Our trainers will take you through a firefighter challenge and some good ole fashion competition with a tracking sheet for you to track yourself. BEER: After the challenges, stay for the social, beverage and snack provided. MOUSTACHE: Grow your moustache and participate in a moustache competition for a prize! THE MO IS CALLING! Movember is our time to unite. To take on mental health, suicide, prostate cancer and testicular cancer. And YOU make us STRONGER! We are choosing to host this event to raise awareness and funds for men's health with movember.com Thursday November 30th, 7:00pm - 8:30pm
