Condition your endurance, power and agility in this fierce and energetic Tabata class. Tabata is designed in high intensity intervals for a cardio conditioning workout, targeting the aerobic as well as anaerobic system. Our fitness instructors will embrace the Tabata timing ratio of 20:10 and push participants to new levels with various combinations, including cardio, core, strength, agility, functional, and plyometric movements. This is welcome for all levels of fitness.
