About the event
This Motivationz Fitness-designed program, cofacilitated by Lead Trainer Amy Mota and Mental Skills Coach Tanner Emerson, blends elite-level physical conditioning with mindfulness and mental strategies derived from sport and exercise psychology research to support your athlete in taking the next step in their development this fall!
Through a progressive system that emphasizes goal setting, self-regulation, confidence building, and mental toughness, players will develop the mindset and mechanics needed to achieve peak performance consistently this season.
What We Cover:
Physical Focus– Hockey-specific conditioning to improve agility, speed, balance, and endurance while emphasizing injury prevention and long-term athlete development.
Mental Focus – Training will be supported and blended with sport and exercise psychological skills, including goal setting, self-regulation, visualization, and mindfulness to help athletes manage pressure, recover from mistakes, and stay motivated.
