Located at 24 Yonge St. South in Elmvale, this boutique studio is designed to provide its members with an intimate and high scale gym experience. 

Within our PERSONAL TRAINING, GROUP CLASSES, and OPEN GYM, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of equipment, such as: a power rack, cable machine, benches, keiser spin bikes, a stationary bike, assault bike, rower, skier, sled, turf, battle ropes, sandbags, barbells and plates, kettlebells, dumbbells, TRX, wall balls, slam balls, plyo boxes, pilates rings, skip ropes, yoga mats, bolsters, bands and more.

With every visit, we strive to provide our members with an excellent vibe for their session, from quality equipment, good beats, excellent trainers and class designs, towel service, to added wellness services, on-demand video access, and more. 

Motivationz Fitness prides itself on being locally owned and operated. As we grow our community and members, we love to scale the gym experience we provide to Elmvale and our online community.
