Every ride balances performance fundamentals (endurance, power, speed, rhythm) with the energy of music, lights, and community. By choosing Keiser bikes and building programming around real cycling principles, MFS delivers more than a workout. It’s a training system that improves cardiovascular health, power output, stamina, and rhythm — while creating a high-energy, supportive group environment where every rider is pushed to discover new levels of potential. MFS rides are designed around the fundamentals of cycling performance. Each class combines: - Endurance Training: Building aerobic base and stamina. - Power Intervals: Low cadence, high resistance climbs to improve strength. - Speed Work: Sprints and cadence intervals to develop cardiovascular capacity and explosiveness. - Rhythm & Flow: Music-driven rides that emphasize connection, cadence, and fun.
