We start with controlled sculpt work: high reps, tiny pulses, deep holds, and slow-burn strength to fire up your core, lift your glutes, and tone lean muscle using light weights, bands, sliders, and bodyweight. Then we transition into Flow — mobility-based movement and stretches to open tight hips, shoulders, and spine, calm your nervous system, and leave you feeling grounded and restored. Small moves.
